My daughters Nordic soccer team won the Vermont U12 state championship today with a commanding 8-0 victory. :clap :clap :clap :clap

They will be going to Portland Maine the end of June for the region 1 championships.

Ok, this is a new one for me. I uploaded the photos using Safari and they show fine in that browser but won't show up using IE7. First time this has happened. Does anyone know why?

well, they're showing up now (and they didn't for me last night...)

congrats to your daughter and her team for the championship! Now on to bigger and better

You've got some good shots, I think I personally like #'s 1 and 2 the best. They have some good facial expressions and look the crispest.

have fun at the regional championships.

Thank you for your comment Colleen. I'm sure it will be a great experience for the girls going to regionals. Out of the 16 state championship games U12-U19 boys/girls our Nordic club took 12 championships so we will have a great showing at regionals.

It was this year at 12 that the girls started useing their heads (no pun intended).:D
They have started learning to use their whole body to play the game. I think its one of the reasons they have been so successful this year.
