Got the roof while at work, took a few pics, liked this one the most.

    nice, new way to see the shuttle. down-to-earth perspective...it's how we see contrails all the time.

    Doesn't look like your more than 15 miles from the pad.

    Friend of mine at Cocoa Beach has been trying to get me to go for
    a launch. I should but launches are so weather sensitive and delayed.

    I grew up with Mercury and Apollo. Seeing the shuttle as often as I'm able to
    (TV) never bores me.

    When I was in Florida for the Canon Vs. Nikon debate, Harry and I went to
    Merritt Island where the pads and VAB are clearly visible. Their size is
    amazing. Your shot, even from a distance, really emphasizes how big it all
    is.
