I'm curious if anyone else here uses Visistat to track their site traffic. I'm currently using Statcounter, but greatly prefer Visistat's GUI and they just rolled out version six of their software today.
However, they do not seem to be able to track the individual photo views once a user gets into a particular gallery of mine. Once the gallery loads, no more tracking - which I"m told is due to the java used to load the photos when using the 'stretchy' format.
The weird thing is is that Statcounter is able to track these photo views with no problem. Below is the tracking code I use for both services - I've replaced my project id's with XXXXX's.
I'm wondering if any of you tech-oriented people out there can offer any insight into why this is - thanks.
