    Your use of 1/45 may have caused a bit of blur to this image. You're doing much better but for some reason these colors are just flat. They need some pop to them.

    Well I am over in the technique forum discussing why my colors aren't "popping" and about the shutter speed. When I make the shutter speed higher, the pictures are quite a bit darker, even with the aperature lower and a flash (only the flash that came with it). I don't like my ISO very high, so I don't know headscratch.gif

    Make sure you are shooting sRGB in your camera and not RGB. Start there and see what happends. If you're unsure of shutter speed shoot AP. I just wouldn't shoot 1/45...my hands are just not that steady. I'll shoot 1/80 - 1/125...etc.
