Can I mark up Photo Cards?

I feel like I'm missing something. When I go to Custom Pro Pricing and enter what I'm charging for various photos, I do not see where I can do this for Photo Cards; however, when I go to one of my pictures and I click on "Buy This Photo", it has a link for Photo Cards and it tells me what my customer's price is.
Am I missing something? How can I mark up Photo Cards to sell to my clients? Or can I?
**ETA: I just tried to view prices on a different picture, and it didn't even have the link for Photo Cards. How can I sell these at the price I want to sell them at for each photo?
***ETA (again): Okay, I'm sorry for editing my post again, but I just realized that the Photo Card link only shows up when I am logged in, now when I have it on "Visitor's View". Does that mean that my clients cannot order Photo Cards themselves? They would have to place their order through me, I'd order it, and then deliver it to them? Is that right?

At this time, cards are only available for creation and purchase by you, as a logged-in SmugMug account owner. We'd like to allow pro pricing on these in the future, but no timeline on that yet, sorry!
In the meantime, you'll need to make a card for your client, then order it and ship to them, collecting payment from your client by your own methods. Here's how I, House Pro do it for my clients: http://www.moonriverphotography.com/gallery/3848373 .
You can show your client the designs on http://cards.smugmug.com/gallery/3824198 or, you can make your own gallery of samples like I did.
How to? Have a look here: http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=76819 and post any questions there in that thread.

Do you think in the future you might have cards with other themes, not just Christmas? I think having "It's a Boy" or "It's a Girl" cards would do well.
Thank you for the links! You are all so helpful and it is greatly appreciated!!
