I sent an email off to a client that had order 3 prints from me of their son (football). As a thank you to them, I emailed them and told them I would like to make their son a customized PC wallpaper. They emailed me back today and stated thay they still have not received the prints...shipped May 19th to Philadelphia, First Class Mail

Robin is assisting me with the order and making sure the address is correct...thanks again Robin.

So I send them another email, apologizing for the delay and that they will be contacted for address verification and that new prints would be sent out.

Response was a thank you along with...."Kodak ships us prints third class mail and we usually get them within 3 days"

I am not an expert on this mail deliery process and wanted advice for a response to them.

Just curious and really not too worried...just want to make them happy

Thanks
Ed

    order#? Else, I can't help.
It's not unusual, clients make shipping addy mistakes all the time. USPS makes delivery mistakes, too. Could be either. USPS states 3-14 days to ship first class mail. Far and away the majority of shipments (WAY the majority) get there in just a few days via First Class Mail.

Robin will take good care of you and your customer.

    Robin responded immediately....loved it!!!

Do you have a suggested response to them? Just to keep the peace ;-)

I did apologize and I may be worrying too much

    Thanks again

If they are referring to Kodak/Ofoto - I use to order prints from them and they were never ever speedy - always took the maximum number of days they quoted - so if they are saying the are getting prints quickly from Kokak - either things changed or they live next door to the printing house :)
