Blackbird on the roof

I captured this little friend yesterday, as I was out in the garden. I tried to capture some of his friends too, but they flew off before my camera was ready...shame. I'll have another try tomorrow...

    Do the other black crows have the same white/gray color on there head?

    The black crows in my area are solid black.

    Yes they do. I caught a couple on the roof nearby but it's not a clear shot. You can see the white/grey on their heads a bit better nevertheless...

    Are these crows? The crows we saw in the Maldives last month had brown heads where yours are gray.

    Where did you shoot these?

    To me, from a Finnish point of view, they look like jackdaws, with the blue eyes and all :D
