I have created a poster, but cannot upload the file.....Smugmug won't let me. It is 11.2 MB, 24"x36", 8640x5760. What do I do now?

That image is 49.7664 Mpixel by my math. Just above the limit of 48.

Scale it to 8460x5640 (235 ppi @ 24x36, instead of your current 240) which is 47.7144 Mpixel, and should work fine.

I dropped it to 220ppi and it took it.
