I need help!

I have been trying to upload a gallery all day. http://memoriesbyrene.smugmug.com/gallery/5094410_wC4c5#307172685_rMnit

It uploads 16 pictures and then stops. I even downloaded Star Explorer... still only!!:scratch Can someone help me????

Hi Rene',

I just looked at your upload log, which unfortunately is pretty hidden. You can get to hit via your control panel. Here's more:

http://www.smugmug.com/help/control-panel (click on the stats button to expand that section).

Anyway, it's showing that you're trying to upload photos larger than 48 megapixels, which we can't handle, I'm sorry to say. 48 megapixels is really huge. Are they scans? Sometimes scanners are set at 300 dpi and if you scan a decent-sized print at that resolution, it can end up with a whole lot of pixels.

I'll check -- sometimes I put 300 in the resolution when I crop...
