Well been gone for a while. Went to Bonaire and flooded my camera. :shock: :shock: :shock:
Oh well, at least it was insured.

A few??? Ouch!
I flooded a d300 with a 105mm lens. I have had over 1800 camera dives with 3 partial floods and 3 total floods - always my own dumb fault. The more you dive - the more it happens.
Depth? ...about 12 feet. Hadn't even turned it on yet.

Marc, yes that Bonaire is a great place to shore dive. It was my first trip and I loved it. But you wouldn't want to travel with anyone that doesn't dive cuz there is nothing else there. I guess there is a wild nightlife thing but I never looked into that.
