Replace photo not working.

I see the replace photo screnes have changes......and I am trying to replace a photo and it will not replace?

I am trying to replace a photo: Order #603909
This image

with the same image (jpeg file) and the replacement image will not take??

    be sure the replacement photo is a jpg, srgb, and under 48megapixels and under 24megabytes ?

    I'll try again
    File I am using is a 7meg jpeg - I tried several times last night....I'll try again today and see if I have any bettter luck.
