ordering my own prints

I placed an order of some prints for myself on 6/3 (order #602886) from a variety of galleries. I paid for second business day shipping and got to wondering why I hadn't seen a shipped notice yet. I went back to the order confirmation email and saw that "It will take about 9 business days to process your order because the photographer whose prints you've ordered has requested extra time...". Oops. I'm feeling a bit dumb at the moment. I didn't get any notification anywhere else that "someone" (me) had placed an order from me. I paid extra shipping to ensure my prints would be here by Monday. How can I avoid this next time? Do I have to go through each gallery I order from and remove the proof delay? What can I do right now to push this order through? Thanks.

    Elaine,

You ordered from 2 photographers. Yourself and the calibration print came from Baldy. I have clicked the ship button on the calibration print for you. It looks like you need to click the ship button on your portion of the order.

Can you let us know once you have done that? I will make sure the order processes.

Elaine, sorry. I forgot. You will not see the proof delay button. I am still checking.

Thanks, Doc! When I order from myself in the future, do I need to make sure the proof delay is turned off before I make the order?

Actually when you order from yourself, make sure you are logged in. That will override the proof delay. I think the problem with this order is that you ordered the calibration print. That should not happen again.

I was definitely logged in when I ordered, so we'll blame it on the calibration print. thumb.gif Thanks again.
