slideshow not working?

Client says the slideshow is not working for them, but it's working for me. What should I try, or look for?

Also, they want to be able to add captions themselves. How can I enable that? Do they have to have a smugmug account to be able to do this?

For the captions, unless they also have a Smugmug account and use "Friends
edit" they can't. Why not have them add a comment to the photo and then
you can transfer it to the caption then delete the comment. You will get an
email when a comment is added if you have that on.
