Taken from a bridge overlooking the river in Chattanooga last fall - shot in jpgs with Promaster 28-200 - not really crisp - but show good movement in the water anyway...
I honestly can't say why #1 is so much more appealing to me, but it is. I'm puzzled. Normally I'd prefer the richer colors of #2. Maybe it's the sea green of the water that feels colder, and matches well with the uniforms, maybe it's the greater distance to the boat?

Here's one of my favorite fishing shots. Taken aboard the M/V Chugach in
Seward, AK. The boats are transfering fish to a plant just behind the shot.
There was a bear near the plant looking for handouts.
Alaska was great! Waxy, I think it will be an outstanding MC trip (Shakey,
you too).
