New flash form Canon: 430EX II

The improvements over the 430EX are:

+ 20% faster recycle time (and quieter)
+ metal mounting foot (with quick release locking)
+ output adjustment in 1/3rd increments
+ fully controllable via camera (if the camera supports it)

    Too bad Canon didn't learn and add external sync..guess there'll be some
    Fred-In-The-Shed mod coming soon to add it.
