API Usage Question

Hello all-

I wanted to get some clarification before I commit to coding using the SmugMug API.

I want to create a site that allows users to upload photos and videos of news events that they've taken. I would like to allows them to upload and view the content without having any interaction with SmugMug (as great as it is!).

If I purchase a Standard account, can I use SmugMug as a backend for my site?'

Mostly yes. I don't think you get video with the Standard option though. I think you need to get Power User to get video support.

I'm basing this on a quick skim of this page. Drop the chaps an email at help@smugmug.com and they'll be able to confirm if you get video support with the standard option.

Colin is correct, you need a power account for video.
