Check to see if you have the current version of java here: http://www.java.com/en/

If this doesn't help, let us know which operating system, browser and uploader you are using, and we'll get you going :)

I have had the same problem, but cannot load Java. When I try to download Java, I get Internal Error 2755.1624, which the Java help screens say is an Install Shield error code. They say the solution is to (a) download JRE using "offline option from: Windows Offline Installation <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>" or (b) "Disable/Configure registry protection feature of installed Anti-Spyware or Anti-Virus software which can interfere with the successful JRE installation." Unfortunately, I have done both, and still get the error message. Has anyone else run into this?
