Poker

This table took me almost 2 months to build between everything else going on these days. Between travel/school/work and actually playing poker, it's bloody HARD to find the time to get these things done!

Let me know what you think:

The wood stain is a perfect compliment for the colours on the felt. I liek the twin guns theme with cards and poker and it's all reminiscent of old skool saloon tattoos. I can imagine having a blue themed one with sparrows for myself. You cuold make a few on the side and make some nice profit off these if you wanted to.

Thanks! I was really torn over which stain to use. I am really happy with the cherry.

In my gallery I have the original artwork that was done by http://www.custompokerfelts.com for me. He does great work. A bit curt on the phone, but good through email.

As for making these for profit, um no. It took WAY too long to do, and I wouldn't sell this there are too many flaws in it. To do it perfectly (as I would require for any product I sold) would take twice as long. In addition, I'm not going to say how much I spent on this bloody thing mwink.gif.

It looks BEAUTEOUS. I know you've been planning this for ages and your research and work paid off.

I thought the felt itself was nice but your handiwork really shows it off.

And oh yeah, great photo. :D

(now we need to get a better poker room :hide)

So on poker nights, do you dress up and serve cigars and drinks? lol3.gif

I'm going to keep my mouth shut about what Schmoo does while I play poker (mostly because I have no idea rolleyes1.gif ).
