I have been away from my camera for a while, and just picked it back up this summer. I have already taken one trip, and am about to go on another and would like some tips to take along with me. I realize these arent the best, but where can I go from here? The glass shots of the manatee and the polar bear were tough to capture, what can I do differently? Thanks!

I like the top 2 images a lot. I think if you have a CPL filter on your lens you can get rid of that reflection from the glass. Remember though that a CPL will take some light away so you'll need a fast lens like f/1.8 or f/1.4.

    Scooting this over to Wildlife.

One tip I would offer has to do with shooting through the glass. When you must
do that, put the lens up close to the glass using your hand or a rubber lens
hood to keep from scraping the glass on the lens and to help keep the light
off of the glass from interfering with your shot.

More than likely, you may want to manually focus this type of shot as well as
compensate for the bright light behind your subject.
