Error code "5"

Hi.

One of my users is reporting that she is getting <err code = “5” msg=”system error”/>

What does that mean?

I can't reproduce it locally.

    I am running XP Sevice pack 3. When the screen saver kicks in I see a message that the app is contacting SmugMug servers and then it produces the error seen in the first post.
    I am logged into the system and the gallery is public.
