Non-rotating default image?

Probably a badly worded title, but can I set the default photo for a gallery and have that photo not change when my page is refreshed?

If you go to http://fourangelsphotography.smugmug.com/, look at the default images that show up for each gallery. Then, hit refresh. They change. I would like to set one image for each gallery and have that ALWAYS be displayed as the image shown for that particularly gallery.

Don't laugh at my modifications, I've just started trying to figure this stuff out....
