Coupla Buffalo
Went to Elk Island Park last night. Flat light. These two young males were right on the road side and not really bothered by us. You should have heard them munching grass!!!
We left after sunset, and came across a family moving through the park. There was one small (fresh) calf in the group but it was far too dark to get a shot of them. One of the bigger ones spooked and they all took off running through the bush - what a thunderous sound - I only hope they didn't trample each other.
Also saw many species of duck, some deer, a coyote, a muskrat, pelicans and heard loons. Great trip!

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
Nice shots!

Gosh, Harry, I was shocked at how loud that sound was - amazing really. Can you imagine huge herds of them grazing by your tent?
