Problem with Custom Hostname for Power Account

I have registered a domain name thru the Smugmug/GoDaddy partnership and went to Settings to install it. However, there is no Custom Hostname box for Power users. So how am I supposed to complete this?

    Hi, I see it on your site, in the control panel>settings tab thumb.gif

    O.K. I see it now having followed the link from my home page. Previously I had clicked on the link provided at http://www.smugmugdomains.com which took me to a page with a totally different format and no box to enter the hostname. You may want to have someone revise that link.
