So I have a family of Red Tailed Hawks living in my apartment complex. I have yet to find their nest but they spend time sitting on peoples balconies searching for food. In fact they spend time on my balcony and they are not timid at all. I've taken quiet a few shots of them and wanted to share a few.

1.) Taken yesterday. Perched up on a rooftop and talking to its mate on a balcony below.

2,3,4.)Taken today. During the storm one of the hawks decided to take refuge on my balcony. It had no issues with me taking pictures of it for about an hour. Was quiet amazing being literaly 2 feet away from such a majestic animal.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

2 and 4 are my favorites. It is a juvenile and may get less tolerant of people in a year or so!
