Queen Elizabeth Rose and Rain

After the heavy falls of rain this morning, I nipped out into the garden before the next scheduled downpour and fired a few off from the Queen Elizableth (my late mum's favourite pink rose) covered in randrops.

More evident in the second, but I also liked the perspective of the inner folds of the petals too.

Two differing blooms.

Very nice indeed Paul and I am sure your Mum would have been so proud of those shots.
