How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

    Thanks guys.

Some of my firsts shots with the new 400 5.6 L. iloveyou.gif I can't believe how fast the AF is on this lens, and it's light too!

Anyway, I must of taken about 40 shots of these birds and these are the only 2 that came out. The singing one, if you look close, the beak area is a lttle soft.

I like the second comp better too, I should probably try cutting the crop in more on the other and see how it looks.

Great shots. These birds have so much character and such a grat color.

And also a great opportunity to show what careful sharpeing can do for such a great in focus image.
