We've had major flooding here in Oshkosh, WI and I saw a neighbor who lost everything in his basement and had to toss it out on the curb (he had insurance, thank God).

Flooding was groundwater, but many people (including myself) had sewage water backup in our basements. Loved his humor and just had to take a pic.

Around 12 months ago we had the same problem in parts of the UK.

Your neighbour has alot on his mind but still has a sense of humour

Must be so heartbreaking for anyone to go through a natural disaster,
weather it be flood, fire, wild winds or other.

There are so many things that cannot be replaced.
Nice to see your neighbour has not lost his sense of humour.
    Could have been worse right.

Hope everything works out ok for you and your family ... Skippy :D
