I am not sure what you were going for with this shot, but I have to say that it doesn't work for me at all.... First off, there's way too much black space around the subject matter. Second, the people are blurry and out of focus, and don't stand out at all. The title is the only thing here that drew my attention to them, my eyes literally had to go into "search mode". Overall the light values in the window area are completely flat as well. Naa, sorry for the harsh critique - but all I can say is that you missed your mark here. Better luck next time.
