WTT: Canon 28-135 f/3.5-5.6 for Sigma 24-70 f/2.8

I bought the 40D kit with the stock lens: Canon EF 28-135mm f3.5-5.6 IS USM.
This is a great lens, but I do a lot of indoor shooting and I need the f/2.8
I can't quite afford the Canon lens, but I would consider a trade for the Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 EX DG.
I will consider other trades on a case by case basis.
My 28-135 is MINT and comes with both caps.
