What happened to make 2nd copy??

I was looking to duplicate a couple photos and move into another gallery and I noticed the "Make 2nd Copy" selection was gone.

Why did this go away?

Ha ha. I lost it for awhile as well. I swear it was missing for a few days. Maybe just on vacation?
