Premiere Pro export questions

I dont even know where to start! I have a small movie i shot in mov format. I imported it intp Premiere Pro and added an mp3 track. I increased the play speed of the video so it would play int the same time as the mp3. Im now ready to export as a regular video. The original video is 1280x720. I would like to keep this same fomat if possible. I am looking to have it in a format that I can upload to smugmug and also a version i can have compresed for emailing and things. I am really confused by all of the export options. Can someone give me some pointers?

    If you want to upload this video, you need use some reformaton this video, try x264 video codec, it is free, is a free library for encoding H264/AVC video streams.
