My domain stopped working

I signed up for a new domain through the smugmug domains by godaddy, it worked for about an hour today and then stopped. I called there helpline and they said it was a smugmug problem. I have verified that the cname and even a record are in their and correct as well as routed the control panel to point appropriately. any help would be appreciated.

    Hi, when I ping www.sincereimage.com there's no response, telling me that there's no CNAME set up at all :(

    Do send me an email on the help desk. We can get this figured out.

    Make sure to check the spelling of the domain name. I have seen this same result when the domain was not spelled right.
