First post Jupiter?

Hey guys.. new here.. Love all the awesome info im findin on here.. even though I dont understand it all quite yet. Hope I am posting this in correct forum. OK so Im totally excited about this ..Ive been having so much fun :barb playing with my new camera.. (xsi) I want to try astronamy/astro photography. It is quite challenging. I am using my canon and the software that came with, DPP. I will try and post one I played with a bit allready. I dont know how to do much post processing. I cropped and switched to auto white balance. OH and adjusted the curve. OH and if anyone knows maybe you could verify if this is Jupiter with the moon.? I am pretty sure it is just would love verification. I read it on stardate.com that they were supposed to be 'teamed up' tonight. Kinda cloudy and smokey(hubby burned some trash tonight) So Tell me if it has potential please! ! TIA
