Protected photos w/ "Save Photo" option?

I just created a gallery and selected the option to protect the photos. Now when I hover over an image the "save photo" icon is appearing. What gives?

    That's a new feature - one that I really appreciate since it allows me to grab a photo from my own site without making the originals available (temporarily) to everyone.

    It only shows for the gallery owner when logged in. Take a look at your site using visitor view or in a logged out browser. Save photo will be gone.

    Hmm, the first thing I did was log out and check to see if it was still showing. It was.

    I guess it must have just been the annoyingly glitchy log in/out problem. This time when I tried to log out the site actually obliged. The save photo option is not showing.
