Hey there,
I am shooting a D70s and will be needing a flash for an indoor wedding reception that I am shooting on July 5th... I have my name on a reservation to rent the SB-800 flash.
They have a fully refurbished SB-800 available for $275, with warranty... Should I just bite the bullet and go for it?
Money is tight, but it's something I could more than likely get my money's worth out of...
I also need to order my flip-it online... I forgot to do that today.. oops.

I would also see if you can rent or buy a flash bracket that the camera rotates so your flash is centered above your lens and it is raised above so no red eye happens.............
Good LUck
you will get continued use, and money is tight, then rent. You can buy later.
Keep in mind if you are using something to make money and it's sitting on the
shelf, then you're losing money.
Ditto to Art.
