Photoshop Bridge Uploader Problem

I tried to use the Photoshop CS3 uploader today. Following instructions I went to Bridge, Tools and checked the Photoshop Services in the Bridge Preferences. Automatically Check for Services is checked. When I go to Online Photos and Galleries, there are three choices, MorePhotos, SmugMug, and Flickr, but they are all greyed out. What do I need to do to activate the Smugmug option?
