Does anyone know where I could find one of these things? I need the correct size to fit a Leica IIIf.

I believe what you are looking for is called a "Double Shoe Adapter" and apparently they come in an "A", "B" and "C" type and apparently the difference is the standoff from the camera. I'm not sure which you would need. It looks like they are all cold-shoe but there is a guy, "Michael Bass" who may convert them to hot-shoe.

Thanks for the information, it could be useful. The basis of my problem is that the item is discontinued. So, I suppose, it is all up to my good angel.
