Hi - Photo taken this evening showing light being reflected and refracted from the formation of ice crystals...

Nikon D300 + Nikkor 70~200VR lens @200mm, aperture f/10, shutter speed 1/400, ISO 200.

    Awesome capture! Feels like a painting!

    Can you elaborate of the phenomenon, please? I mean: it's mid-summer in our Norhthern hemisphere, amount of ice needed to set the skies ablaze lihe that must be gargantuan...headscratch.gif
