Radiating Lily

Using PP, water switch to B/W mode and play with various sliders to bring out the radiating stems but unfortunately enhancing the grain of the water. I have already denoise it many times. Is there any way to further reduce the speckle effect of the water? Sorry if this is the wrong section I post.
