Style wrong?

It seems the style of my page has gone wonky

when I try to see a bigger version by clicking on the image it can't be seen but if I start to scroll down suddenly the scroll bar slider turns tiny and the page has about10 lengths to scroll down and then the image appears UNDER the gallery

what an I doinfg wrong?

    Something is b0rked with Smug after last nights update, might wait till they fix it.
