guest book spam spoiler bug(s)?

I got a message from my web site indicating the person wanted to say hi, and he mentioned that when he entered a URL - that SM stripped it.
SOOOoooo...I decided to try myself....and...for the life of me the spam spoiler code part of things will NOT accept ANY of the codes I try to enter (I use FF3 if that makes a dif). Now, I tried lower case, upper case, upper/lower case(s), adding spaces between the letters...what the heck? It won't accept my code(s)?
Can I delete the need for the spam spoiler code? (trying to find it on my customization area now) Which so far I can't
Ok, odd...when I click on my nav bar to go to the guestbook area, I get one type of guestbook entry, but when I am logged in and get there by going through the galleries I get a different sort of comment entry - with no way to add a rating, name or url but when you click on the guest book nav button on the nav bar, you get to add a rating, name, url. AND that stupid spam spoiler...same guestbook (gallery) number though...what am I doing wrong - It is a little early so it might be me...
Derek
Edit: using IE6, I can add a comment no problem - it even accepts my spam spoiler code (first time even), but it still strips any link added.

Thanks Andy!
I was beginning to wonder...I did consider the new cart feature taking up all of SM gurus time...

IE6, works...but strips the link(?).
link to ff3 attempt (but it does not show that I have the code in, I entered the code, and clicked add comment and this is the result).

MUST be a FF3 issue. Yup, worked fine with FF2 (and on another computer)
