My Site is Heywire - Please Help

Hi -
Could someone of the pro support people go look at my site and help me figure out what is wrong? The drop down menus are not working anymore and my bio picture is in my slideshow. Please help me, there are alot of people viewing my site as possible clients, and my clients are looking at their photos. I feel crazy!! Well I am Crazy. LOL.
