Sorting

Need help with the sorting feature. We do event photography with several people uploading to the same galleries separately. The photos are usually the same day. They need to be sorted by time the phot was taken. I do not see this option in the customize gallery and it does not seem to work with the gallery tools, sort. Here is a gallery you can play with:
