Hi again! Here are some pictures of the bride and groom that go with the fiery redheaded flowergirl and ringbearer...
The wedding was held at the Railroad Depot in Anchorage, so that made some interesting photos.
1. The excited bride:
2.
Out under the traintracks:
3. During the ceremony- just before her dad gave her away
she was just a bit emotional...
4. She had written a song for him and had it recorded.
While it was being played for them, he did his best to remain
stoic, but was overcome at several moments.
5. Exchanging rings:
6. communion
Then I'll skip a bunch of ceremony pictures and get to the fun stuff
afterwards:
7. The dip during the b&g 1st dance.
8. Another dancing shot. The light was really hard in there- an entire wall of windows behind the dancing area made the light a bit dappled.
9. After a bit we headed outside for some fun posed pictures.
10. They wanted a shot in front of the venue so here it is:
11.
12.
13. an unusual shoe shot:
14. The sunset cast a nice glow on the two...
15. Ooops... I missed an exit sign to clone out. I got it in all the others of this little set. Still a lovely shot.
16. It just called for a pano.
17. And reflected glory:
18. The car all decorated.
19. Heading out for the getaway. I love how the slow shutter speed and the panning worked out on this one. Hard to do, but I think I finally got it for once.
It really reflects the energy and joy of the moment well.
oh, & another flower girl shot... she was just too cute.

As a girl: OMG SHOES!
I love your use of DOF. #2 I'm not a fan of the green/blue. #9 Jealous, bokeh and alone time with them? Jeez, all the luck, I tell ya. #15 I think the sign is a subliminal message.
#19 looks like a lensbaby. I like it conveys action!

#13- I know I know! Aren't they adorable shoes!
#2- The x process is not for everyone, but I have to admit I like it and am working on my technique for making it work. I have lots of rave reviews from clients whenever I use it, so I'll probably keep continuing.
I try real hard to keep the skintones natural looking while everything else can be funkywunky.
#9- Thanks for the nice compliment there, missy.
#15- , I had thought of that, but then again wanted the B&G to be center stage of the shot, so was getting rid of the sign.
#19- Not a lensbaby, but thanks for the compliment!
