Split toning spirals

I posted a few spiral staircase shots last week, and here's another I was playing with over the weekend. I did the split toning in Camera Raw after converting to monochrome which I did after seriously boosting the contrast and "grittyness." Let me know what you think, it's really the first time I played with either effect. :D

    No problem, the shots it takes are so imperfect that they are incredibly artistic if done right. I'm thinking about buying one and hacking off the plastic lens and adapting it to a body cap for my 30d so I don't have to deal with the cost of developing film.
