How do I make this photo stand out

This photo is cute but it doesn't stand out. How can I make it jump out and be a winner

    re-shoot it, frame it right, focus on 1 kid.

    geezz...talk about blunt... anyways, I doubt a reshoot is possible since it looks like a candid. If you really do want to-- you can do some blur with PS if you wanted a more selected focus look.

    Beautiful little girls in the photo. I lightened it up a bit for ya and a little sharpen. Maybe you like it better?
