Thanks for the comments on the series of images here.

As for posting smaller image sizes Photoshop select Image, and the Image size, and select percentage and select one that you like. The way that I do this in Photoshop I will use CTRL- + - till it looks close, look at the top in Photoshop it will tell you the size, and if it's inbetween then pick that percentage that you think will work for your image.

I hope that this makes sense to you and is a help.
