I am thinking of getting one of these.

Has anyone used such an item, for whatever camera, let alone a Pentax.

    Hi Don -

    I have one of these. At first, I left it on the camera all the time. It works well and does a great job of enlarging the viewfinder image.

    On the downside, it moves your eye just a bit farther back. With my eyeglasses, this makes it difficult to see the edges of the frame. I noticed that I was starting to leave a lot of breathing room around the edges of my shots.

    Without glasses, the view is fine.
