Question about printing somebody else's stuff

This question has both a legal and technical component to it. I am a smugmug account holder, so I can get prints of my own stuff or other smugmug account holders with no problem. Suppose I find and legally download someone else's photo on the web and want to get a copy printed for myself only. My questions are (1) is it permissible under smugmug's TOS to upload that photo to my own account in a hidden or password-protected gallery so that no one else sees it, then order the print, then delete it? (2) If I upload something, order a print, and then immediately delete it, will it screw up the printing process, or will smugmug save it somewhere else once the print is ordered? (3) What happens if I upload something, add it to my cart, then immediately delete the original photo before I actually order? I am guessing that it probably disappears from my cart, correct? Thanks.
