Hi, I'm John Taylor
When I was 16 years old, I went on my first backpacking trip. It was in the Jim Bridger wilderness of the Wind River mountain range in Wyoming. I was completely overcome by the beauty and knew that I needed to save these scenes to film. I quickly went out and bought my first camera, an Olympus OM-1. It took very good photos, and I still have it today. Ever since those early days I've found myself looking for new and different photographic challenges. Besides landscapes and nature I enjoy lots of other photographic subjects. I particularly enjoy shooting macro, flowers, still lifes, Arizona sceenery, weddings, family photos and more."
